The Chapel at Gruene served as the perfect backdrop for the Brow’s winter wedding.
Lindsey and Junior described the vibe of their wedding as, “Fun, Whimsical, and Romantic” — and they couldn’t have been more accurate. From Lindsey’s wedding dress that looked straight out of a fairytale to their expertly curated florals and decor, their wedding was absolutely their vision come to life.
The Brows gathered their friends and family just days before Christmas to a celebration of their culture and religion. (Incredibly convenient timing, as many of their guests would’ve already been traveling during that time for the holidays.) The Brows had a traditional Jewish wedding, including a Ketubah signing, the Sheva B’rachot, the breaking of the glass, and a Yichud. For their party favors, they paid homage to New Braunfels’ German roots with custom-designed a traditional Bavarian hat pins.
The couple also personalized their celebration with details that honored their passed loved ones. Lindsey surprised Junior and his family with a pin for him to wear that featured photos of his grandmother. Meanwhile, Lindsey’s bouquet had a pinned locket with photos of her grandparents and their dog, who had passed just a few days before the ceremony. During the reception, they also surprised Junior’s grandfather with a cookie cake for his birthday.
