Three words to describe Gabby and Danny’s Hyatt Lost Pines Resort wedding in Austin, Texas:
Intentional. Timeless. Emotional.
From the details to the timeline, everything was executed with care and thoughtfulness. Gabby and Danny were the kind of couple where I would send my typical reminders with, “I know you’re already on top of this” at the top.
Gabby told me during their initial consultation that she wanted her Lost Pines wedding to be elegant and timeless.
They fostered that vision with all white florals designed by Two Souls Desire, a string duo performance during the ceremony and cocktail hour by Terra Vista Strings, and a gorgeous candlelit dinner during the reception. The Events Boutique coordinators executed the day perfectly. We squeezed a lot into 9 hours of coverage, and yet I am struck by how much time we had for intimate moments with their family, like emotional first looks and a private vow exchange. They even got to enjoy the majority of cocktail hour!
I am so grateful these two trusted me every step of the way this year.
During their engagement photos at Galveston Island, I used 35 mm film for the first time during their engagements and they encouraged my creativity. It means so much when a couple trusts me to be experimental and still deliver a beautiful gallery. That level of trust enables me to create exemplary work.
Keep reading to see how all the details came together for a perfect balance between elegance and intimacy for their guests who traveled from all over the country to see Gabby and Danny marry.
